Breathwatch

Stay with a breathing check. Nothing leaves this phone.

Breathwatch is not a medical device. It cannot call for help, text anyone, or contact emergency services on its own.

Keep the app open in the foreground with the screen on. If the screen sleeps or you leave this page, the check stops.

Never use alone. Call Never Use Alone at 1-800-484-3731 so a person can stay on the phone with you.

A soft chime, then a loud alarm, plays on this phone if breathing slows or a check-in goes unanswered. Sound is processed in memory only. Nothing is saved or sent.

Tap mode counts breaths you tap. Mic mode listens only while you leave it on, then releases the microphone.
